The online help explains the features of the software and provides tips and important information to help the user more freely and easily navigate through the software. Please be aware that Office for AMS is customizable to each organization's needs; therefore, the names of tabs or other functions addressed in this online help system may be different than the ones available to users.

This online help system provides a well-structured table of contents and index where users can find a specific topic. The online help also includes a search option, making it possible to search for keywords or topics, as well as a print and email option. Requests for enhancements should be submitted in Ideas on MyCityworks. Inquiries for help with Cityworks should be directed to Customer Support.
