Use Attachments on a Task

You can add or remove attachments directly to a task in the workflow by completing the following:

  1. Select the record(s) and click Edit record on the Workflow panel.

The Edit Task panel opens.

  1. Scroll to the Attachments section to add or remove attachments to the task. For more information, see Add Attachments and Remove Attachments.
  1. Once you have made your changes, click Save.

Any attachments added to the Attachments section within the Edit Task panel displays on the Attachments panel on the Summary page as well. The attachment include a description of the task next to the attachment.

Any attachments removed from the Attachments section within the Edit Task panel no longer appear on the Attachments panel on the Summary page as well.
