Search Tasks Using Task Manager

Use Task Manager to update information on tasks found on the Workflow panel. This search panel can be used to find an existing case or a group of cases by identifying a specific task.

  1. The Login ID automatically populates with the users login, but can be changed by deleting the login and clicking the Lookup icon.

  • Select the login ID of the employee you wish to add.
  • Click Submit.

  1. Use the calendar icon or double-click in the field to enter the From and To dates you want to search for tasks.
  1. Select the Task Type, such as an inspection, from the drop-down list.
  2. Select if the task is or is not Available or Complete.

NOTE: You can also click Compact View to condense the Search Panel.

  1. Click Search.

Results matching your search criteria display below the search form.

  1. Click a task to view details for the task, such as the case type/number, case sub type, and task name.
